I hereby authorize Sterling Management Services Ltd. to change the noted amount being withdrawn from my account should a rent increase take effect during my tenancy, only after the proper procedures provided by the RTB are followed. I also authorize Sterling Management Services Ltd. to withdraw all water, and utility overages charged back to my account. I understand there will be a $50.00 charge for returned payment fee (NSF Administration Fee) and a $25.00 late fee if rent is subsequently late due to this.
